A weekend retreat celebrating and honoring ourselves and connecting
to the feminine divine within.
Join us for:
insightful discussions regarding belief systems and empowerment
reiki & energy work
yoga & meditation
time for stillness to reflect
and a Guided 2 hour Seven Springs Nature and Plank Walk with Master Naturalist/Ecologist.
We'll gather around a campfire for a relaxing evening, or perhaps a more energetic drum circle will emerge.
We will spend time together and you will have alone time to reflect in a labyrinth, snuggled deep in the forest.
An Ayurvedic chef will provide amazing meals for the weekend.
Cell phone service is limited to none -
so be prepared to go unplugged for the weekend!

Christy has over 10 years experience in the study of yoga and is a RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher) through White Crow Yoga of Nashville and Sacred Awakening/Asmi Yoga of Oregon. Receiving her first certification in yoga training through Cheryl Murman, of Chattanooga Yoga Center, she then decided to study massage therapy through the Massage Institute of Cleveland; so she could bring the healing effects of both yoga and massage to the community. Her Reiki linage is through Usui Ryoho Reiki. Christy teaches about the 8 limbs of yoga, different pranayama techniques, and leads a meditation in all classes.
Christy and her family is from the Niota/Sweetwater TN area. She has two beautiful adult children and two amazing grand babies who are always around to help out with the business.

My journey in Natural Health started when I was a young adult, my hobby was to find a way to heal, ME; body, mind & spirit. (I did A LOT of reading books on food, exercise, yoga, meditation, Native American traditions and ceremonies). After spending decades in a professional career I felt incomplete and always searching for something more, different . . . .
In 2013 I left my employment and begin this journey of self-healing and reconnecting with my true authentic self.

Any BODY can do this class, during the hour and half you will rest, relax & restore by staying in asanas (poses) for up to 10 minutes; while propped up with bolster, blanket and blocks.
If this is THE ONLY CLASS you make it to, you will quickly find yourself with less stress, anxiety, frustration.....
You WILL find more PEACE, CALMNESS, MINDFULNESS....
Restorative yoga activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS), responsible for counter-balancing the SNS. When our bodies are in PNS mode, the “rest and digest” mode, the opposite reactions in the body are experienced.
